The Mystical Pioneer
1832-33 BENGAL, INDIA
Just after the death of his father, Rama receives an eviction notice from the British East India Company. The company seizes Rama’s estate and his bungalow for the previous tax debts.
After losing everything, Rama moves to Calcutta in search of a job for survival. There he meets with a mystical man. The man tells Rama about a Parasmani( philosopher’s stone) which is burried in an old well at his village.
Even though the claim is like a fairy tale, Rama decides to listen to his inner voice and give it a try. The claim of the Parasmani ignites a new spark inside Rama. He starts dreaming of buying a new estate and becoming a zamindar again by the help of the stone.
But is it a good decision to leave his work and move back to village for an imaginary stone?
